The joint administration of the Website is intended to enable mutual promotion of services in order to provide patients with professional medical care and to ensure access to information about the services offered by the controllers.

Principles of Personal Data Processing on the Website

Personal data collected through the Website is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as: GDPR.

As the Website controller, we take particular care to protect the privacy and the information provided to us concerning Website users. We carefully select and apply appropriate technical measures — including software and organizational measures — to ensure the protection of processed data; in particular, we protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, destruction, and unauthorized modification, as well as against processing in violation of applicable law.

reCAPTCHA is a feature that determines whether a given action was performed by a person or, in cases of abuse, by a computer. On our Website, this functionality is used to protect the contact form against automated submissions by internet bots. Google's security check uses, in particular, the following information:

Browser properties (e.g. browser type and version, screen resolution, language, date and time of access)

Your Google account (if you are logged in)

Your web browsing behavior

Your access behavior (e.g. mouse movements over the reCAPTCHA area)
